Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations any less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of total booked service. Cancellations same day will be charged 100% of total booked service. If you don’t show up, you will be charged 100% of total booked service and will no longer be permitted to rebook with my business. If you are 15 minutes late or less to your scheduled appointment, you will still be seen, but your appointment may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and also will be charged 50% of your total booked service. My cancellation policy is firm and applies to ALL current or new client booking with my business. It is nonnegotiable and please understand that by booking an appointment with me, you are fully agreeing to these terms of service.
